The reason why I think Otaru/Kiroro might be the next Niseko

Niseko has been a very successful resort in Hokkaido from the powder snow that falls for skiers and boarders.

But the drastic increase in popularity has made the town overcrowded and many have been looking for an alternative place to enjoy the snow in Hokkaido.

I personally think Otaru could be the alternative, and it might not have the issues that the current Niseko has, and today I want to talk about why!
